The hardest part of the name change process is now behind us!

You have filled out your forms and completed the name change petition process with the court. The applicant’s name is now legally changed.

Take some time to take a break and celebrate. Then we will show you how to file the changes for the remaining documents you printed in the next section.

These all require the Name Change Petition Packet process to be completed first though. So please do not go forward unless you have completed the first two sections of the site.
